Did Brennan and the other 3 major shareholders actually buy their shares of MMTC or were they issued them? If issued that is completely different than them buying into the company.

That's already been determined. MMTC is a scam, in my opinion. May not have started as one 12 years ago but is one now...again, in my humble opinion. I predict that trading will be halted by the SEC. Hopefully before the authorized is raised 2 BILLION shares to 2.5 BILLION shares.
