zambia, The financing is for shares of MMTC. What do you think investors are going to just give you 5 million dollars without some sort of equity in our company?
Does the bank own your house when they give you money to buy it? They get ownership if you default.
Since we are being financed then the investor should get shares depending on how much he is giving us?
Thats a good thing that they will accept shares as collateral for the financing, because they know what the future is.
