I realize that you used post split numbers. Do you think everyone realizes it?

Balance, December 31, 2006
- - 338,833,500

Balance, December 31, 2007
- - 499,348,500

This statement says in 2007 Kim Diluted approx. 150 million shares. At the time the PPS was .30ish

With that statement you appear to be saying Kim sold 45 million dollars worth of the stock when in fact he did not.

I dont think you are intentionally posting it this way but there are some here who would jump on a statement like that and ride it for the next 6 months.

I do not want to have to skim through a bunch of bashing based on false numbers.

For the record I agree with Ocho. I have been here years and have seen nothing I would call huge blocks of dilution. This stock has been in the 500k-600k share range for over 4 years

"That is about 9% a year. That is nothing for a start up"

huh? is there a book that says this or are you just making statement without proof?

Like most things that are objective this statement can not be proven. But in the time I have been in the market I would say my statement is quite valid. Try looking up any of the otc/pink start ups. I would take a wild guess and say at least 80% of them have 50%-80% dilution in a 4 year period. Most would have had at least 1 reverse split in that same time and a second round of dilution too.

Forget about the 9% being low. Find me a start up company that has 500m-600m shares and has maintained that number for over 4 years. I would be willing to bet that almost any pink stock you find with 500m shares just went through a R/S of 1:10 at least.

KBLB is one of the few otc stocks that is actually trying to do what their business plan says. Most would have you believe that they are attempting to follow their plan while selling shares for their pay.
