Thanks Sherm, that looks like one hell of a machine.

The VitaMix blades turn so fast it can boil water in 3 minutes. You can toss any garden produce in and have hot soup in the same amount of time. Another neat thing is that you don't have to disassemble it for cleaning. Just add water and a drop of dish soap and run it for a minute. Clean as can be. Mine is at least 10 years old.
