Mo, I think calling you confused (as you called me) would be way too kind.

You incorrectly claim they are "protecting assets".

I have to wonder, did you read the PR at all, or were you not able to understand this???

THEY ARE LIQUIDATING THEIR ASSETS, OBVIOUSLY 180 degrees from your statement about "protecting assets"
