Yes they are. I am surpised you do not know this. They get royalities on Bapi and Ponezumab (PF-04360365). Any sales from PFE,JNJ and ELN. They also have a agreement with GSK and an undisclosed large phama.
The links in your prior post are from 2008 and 2009. They more recently disclosed that the USPTO apparently rejected their patent claims regarding their ANTISENILIN platform. See: http://ir.stockpr.com/intellectns/press-releases/detail/533/intellect-neurosciences-inc-issues-letter-to-shareholders . (They do claim the corresponding patents have been issued in Europe, Japan, China, and other countries.) I assume these are the patents that they claim relate to bapi but I have no idea what type of royalty rate they may be due, if any.
