I highly doubt they are increasing the A/S for dividend purposes.

Why not do a forward split instead?


IMO this stock just went from good to bad, why wait til the market closes to release the proxy statement. If you gonna stab current shareholders atleast give them a chance to salvage some of their hard earned money jeesh
