I had for a long time been unable to get the TA to give me any info but in response to floridagrl's assertion today that I should basically try again here's what it is...
Was put on hold for several minutes after they asked me what company I was with and I responded 'retail investor'. Then someone else got on the phone and asked if I was a shareholder. Then they gave me the SS.
