My main point is that getting CTx changes in non-prostate cases treated with Cabo is not necessarily indicative of something funny going on here.
I would love to see accompanying Alk Phos levels along with CTx over time in the different tumor types.
I found it interesting in Prostate cohort that CTx declined sharply at onset of Cabo treatment, while Alk Phos intially rises to then fall dramatically. This to me demonstrates healing overlapping active bone mets within first 4 weeks. (a mixture of active bone mets, and healing of nonactive bone mets)---hope that makes sense, again only speculating
