Ilenes, first off, thank you always for your efforts! Always much appreciated and invaluable! About the judge as I stated before, the complexity of this case has her completely spinning! She so desperately wants a settlement between all all parties to recuse her from having to make a major decision! You see, she is so entrenched into the status quo of the bankruptcy system that she is conditioned to "just go along" with what is put before her! Well, here you have some really stand up folks from Nate, Willingham, Joyce, shareholders, Berg, Mason, etc. that says this is a catastrophic crime that deserves more attention! ( I lost 1/2 million in the seizure), so add me to the

She's implying that it would bankrupt them when they paid employees billions of dollars in bonuses with tax payers money! Is this justice JMW? I think not! Our entire system has been tainted by Wallstreet! It's time to take a stand folks! think Kmart shareholders burn by darling Eddie Lampert!
