Comes from biomachine - who also originally claimed it was 0.0005 and also claimed it was the same for both interims at 0.001. The lack of consistency and the 'same for both interims' argues that the number is unreliable.
On the positive credibility side - he did quote a self consistent set of power inputs and outputs which you couldn't do casually. But that is often data given out in company conference calls so it isn't a strong vetting and hugely outweighed in my opinion by the items in my previous paragraph.
