Well Mike and his family and I am sure some of their friends are pretty heavily invested in the company. I do think he has an interest in the shareprice but if ONLY it was just what the CEO did or didn't do that determined that.
This stock has had a heavy take-down effort by short sellers. It is continuing to this day. About 1/4 of today's total volume was short sales. Of note is that short selling is illegal in Germany and this stock trades over there. Otherwise I think you'd see a higher percentage of the volume being short sold. At one time the short sales were much, much higher and think putting this stock on the German exchange was intended as part of the handling for that. And it is a good handling.

I am not going to defend Mike Shenher here, he should do that himself with some press releases and communication. My point is that there are other forces at work on this stock than just what the CEO says or doesn't say.
Shortie and bashie will be by to bad mouth and try and take this lower. The only way out is for folks to hang onto their shares and for the company to start really producing in volume. BOTH things have to happen to rectify the situation and force a cover.
