spot on Scup, big blocks for sale with ETMM (E-Trade), they brokered millions at .0014 the first of this month. Those shares have been on the ask with ETMM, first at .0016 then down to .0015. The number of shares fluctuates, sometimes a minimal amount,(teasing) then the hammer (boat load) will show up, putting fear in the game. ETMM "has ants in their pants". They don't see value in WB, only a couple of bucks. Not that a few pesos are bad, 1 Mexican peso = 0.0802 US dollars. lol

Haven't been watching the tape for awhile, could have changed, I dunno.
