Sam Weiss should be filing regularly for BRZL again to keep his shell clean for a new suitor. That could get BRZL back on the OTC:BB eventually.

As far as how long to wait for another reverse merger proposal with BRZL? Who knows? It will depend on the economy and Sam's ability and willingness to attract a buyer.
