USDA/ FSIS certs, once done marketable to a huge market. Beef and poultry producer/ processors, aren't going to buy anything that is not approved by the law that rules them. To meat Producers the USDA/ FSIS is the only voice that matters. In fact, producers in this industry actually have to provide this entity an office in their facilities at their own expense, and there are no less than 5-10 inspectors in each facility at any given time. So, if their stamp of approval goes on the MIT, it's a no brainer.
