Frankly the more we dug into Jims assets the worse it looked .
I am feeling relieved that he is out ...
Weiss has a very Clean marketable position,No debt,low float,updated to pinks recently.
Deal closed with Renfro as of august 16th.He has had some time to think about this ,there really could be something on the cusp right now..
Jim has been in the drivers seat up to august 16th..

Weiss has stepped up to the plate and very timely...

I dont see any problem here other than Jims assetinteruptus..
I hear that can be fixed..
