Who knows.

My understanding from rumors, calls, guessing and other DD is that the people behind HKHE will have no trouble raising the money. Why it was written that way is anyone's guess. It was probably the worst written of all the PR's we have seen to date imho, created way more questions than it answered.

I know Merle thought it was the greatest thing ever but was miffed when I didn't. Of course he knows the entire picture I assume while I don't. So I remain optimistic.

In the end we don't know squat. Sometime between September 15th and October 7th, we will receive more disclosure. Will it answer ALL of the questions? Doubt it but it should certainly answer a good number of them.

Someday they will provide more details on ST spin out as well. Maybe its tied to the above disclosure who knows?

There remains more than ample evidence that the value of the parts of SRSR are worth more than the present 4 cents or 30 million market cap. The question remains what will cause that to change and how long will it take?
