The way I read the PR was that it was recurring revenue and from here, we can only get better. This is a turnaround, and a big one. Back in January, we were told that the restructuring and RS was done out of strength. Judging by the $800k in August sales, they were dead-on about that.

In regards to the current PPS, the estimated $800k in sales needs to be specified and confirmed, and August will need to be the same if not better, in order for more investors to take notice and jump in with both feet. IMO of course.
