Once again I have to wonder about all the hoopla about the lawsuit. The statement has been made that WL is misleading, however in his last PR he states clearly

While we understand that there are many rumors concerning litigation against the company, let me re-affirm that the company has not been served any documentation relating to this matter,

He doesn't state there is no lawsuit, just that he has not been served any notice! The big question is why hasn't he been served?

Then I have to ask why is anyone worried about a lawsuit for 75K when you look at the MMTE big picture. 75K is a drop in the bucket!

Reading some of the posts by Kgem and DiiDii (there are a few others and I am sorry I didn't include you as well) you should realize that this is a lot larger that a frivolous lawsuit for 75K. I can understand why WL calls this frivolous. So do I!!!!

MMTE has 16K acres of concession worth between 30K-10K on today's market, if the laws in Chile change and become more favorable to lithium mining where are we then? What does WL know that we don't and why does he want more?

I would like to know who is being asked to be on the non-executive board, those members, not yet named will tell us a lot.
