900 spx needs to hold on this pullback. if 896 is taken out then the ensuing rally should be capped by 920 and the 932 will be the high for the calendar year. if 900 area can hold the indexes are poised to take another run up. i am doubtful they go higher than 932 in this case as well, but am open to a maximum surge to 950 where the 200dma will halt the upward progress. after this plays out (by mid next week latest) markets should start down in earnest. October lows to be tested before the end of march. i dont even bother typing about anything beyond three months out.
