As usual your [2] post provide good info and food for thought. You may be correct in your estimation of BORK staying on the pink sheets, so the question may become. . .

What Institutions do invest in OTCQX level pink sheets? It would seem that there may be that probability. . . I am thinking that I'll do some DD on some of the Funds and Investment Groups to see what they may have limits or qualifications.

If any members here have any incite on this, I'm sure we'd all like to hear . . .
