Their filings are posted on EDGAR, still under bio-carbon systems symbol BICS.

Looks to me like it is apparently a non-issue relative to SRSR, but, I'd have to dig around some to find out the exact #'s of the #'d Ontario corp/s that became us, was a subsidiary, etc., to fully eliminate the possibility that it was done through SRSR. Cam is a recently appointed BICS director. Otherwise ? Looks like maybe Scott helped them out in finding a property... something which he's been known to do for some of his other friends, also. I'd say it appears to be bordering on the edge now and drifting toward solidly off topic, so, there it is, and I won't follow it any farther.
