In an effort to interject a little sanity to this discussion, I ask you to consider the possibility that Jonathan Burst simply claimed to have patents 'pending' for all of their products, on this video.
Things don't always have to be black and white, right and wrong; this could be a simple matter of misunderstanding words not a huge lie or conspiracy. Perhaps you should each sit back and have a large whisky.
