"On June 1, 2011, the Company’s 100% owned subsidiary entered into two business development services agreement which provide for an annual fixed fee of $300,000(Cdn) and $240,000.(Cdn) The agreements also provide for reimbursements of all reasonable expenses related to the development and management of the Nemegosenda Niobium Property."
I don't see what's so ambiguous or uncertain about the above quoted text from the recent financials.
That should be sufficient to satisfy investor concerns about the company's ability to continue as a going concern, at least to wait until you receive further details in the circular
I am reading that some here are of the opinion that Aug 30th is the shareholders meeting date. If it is then shouldn't we know by now where and what time it would be?
Your reading is incorrect. The Aug 30 date is the date of record. The circular will be mailed out by Sept 15, and the meeting is already scheduled for October 6, and obviously the details of the meeting time and location will be presented in the circular. http://sedar.com/DisplayProfile.do?lang=EN&issuerType=03&issuerNo=00030522
As far as the amount of disclosure, you are right that your view will prevent one from being disappointed. But, I disagree with that view.
