I agree with what you are saying. Could be a start-up financial group as well. A few wealthy private investors getting together and starting up a large Niobium holding company in Hong Kong? Nemegosenda being it's first acquisition? Maybe these private investors have great connections so that they have easy access to financing? We also know DR is involved, so are they putting some of their people in place for this start-up? It leaves a lot to assume. Or it could be something smaller than what I am assuming. I would like to think DR is not putting a weak deal together.
