Who is this that I guess bought the company. Who is on their board? What does this mean for you and your shares as mine are not even a blip compared to what you own?

Do you think this is a fair price? How many bids was sought and where was the newspaper ads showing a auction was being held for the sale of Copper King? I am curious as if no one knows its for sale then how can they bid. How did this company know the company was for sale and when was their bid made?
