I talked with a Doctor that went to WA. on the pilgrimage to object the changes coming.. her statement "the only people who will practice medicine are those whom are in the field for the practice, not the rewards! No one will get rich anymore".. I felt so bad for her(not). All buggy whips must be abandoned.
