Seems a reasonable analysis.

The awkward thing for investors is that some folks probably already know whether the bone met data is spurious or not. (I'm in the camp that says it's real and thus that this drug is a breakthrough, but until we've seen publicly released MRI or CAT scan data we won't know for sure.)
