I was also screening today for both International equities to buy and RTO's to short. For International equities I saw the same RTO garbage littering my screen. But using Rames Trading China screen for short ideas was quite shocking. At least half the RTO's trade at less than $1. You can literally find an RTO for 1 penny, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. There are probably like 6 names above $5. It looks like investors are finally starting to get the value of these RTO's.
