8-K filings to date have made it very very clear with the SEC, with Investors, and with Shorty what is to come.

whats to come?

nothing is coming but despair and disappointment to share holders

filing an PR/8K does not relieve FFGO or NMGL from their responsibility to file required SEC periodic reports .. no mater how badly people wish and hope it does

PR/8k from FFGO or NMGL says nothing about any phantom Naked shorty .. in Fact FFGO denies the existence of any short problem
in the FFGO FAQ

as far as informing the share holders .. the share holders have heard NOTHING in 1 year from either company .. and both companies refuse to communicate with share holders

and the only things we have learned so far is NMGL has failed to file with the SEC .. going on the 3rd past due required periodic SEC report and NMGL has failed to perform one single task in the agreement other than to swap shares with FFGO 1 year ago

both FFGO and NMGL will be revoked for failure to file

mining claims will revert back to searchlight for default
