The Lovenox trial schedule was not determined by mutual agreement between Teva and NVS/MNTA; rather, the schedule was set by the Court itself. This was asked and answered at MNTA’s annual meeting in June

Ok - missed this. But does the judge have an obligation to set the date prior to likely need? Or is he just driven by his own schedule with only a loose obligation to try to meet the plaintiff's need date?
