and such made me have a thought that what if this is out of their control?

share swap was done between FFGO and NMGL thats it! ..

NMGL has yet to complete one single item in the agreement ..

NMGL must be a fully reporting company .. they are no longer reporting and will be revoked by the SEC

NMGL has defaulted on the agreement

all mining claims will revert back to Searchlight Exp
