A company doesn't live by PR alone.

When a company issues a constant stream of upbeat fluff PRs, and then delivers only huges losses, with no improvement saleswise, then its shareholders give up on it, and the stock price falls.

Of course, doubling your number of outstanding shares every single quarter is the best way to undermine your own share price.

PVSP's Q3 has still 10 days to run, and they will post their financial results about 1 month after that.

The questions:

-Have they doubled their Outstanding Shares number AGAIN ?

-Did they manage to increase revenues by 15% or more ?

-How many new Convertible Debentures did they issue this Quarter ?

-How will they finance this new $1M+ loss ? Issue more convertible debentures ?

Those are the questions that are on my mind.
