You have a legitimate concern. However, keep in mind, I highly believe PVM conducted its due diligence prior to entering an exclusive distribution agreement with CBIS.

Based on the exclusive ditribution agreement enterted into betweeen PVM, which we can all agree is a legitmate company with a promising future, and CBIS, it is apparent that CBIS can get the product.

Sure, there may be another player involved, but CBIS is at the forefront of the agreement w/ PVM. This means huge revenue potential.

Before the divi and the PVM agreement, I admit I had some serious concerns. I now, however, feel very good in owning CBIS stock.
