Thanks for your input birdy..... It seems that there are only a few of these machines around which means it is a ground floor opportunity. As far as the cost goes, I am sure it's like every other brand new technology. I remember when flat screen TV's first came out and costed thousands, now they are hundreds.
My question to you as a dispensary owner is how important is it to track all your sales? Is there even a need to provide all these records to the state? I know you guys face a lot of obstacles with taxation and banking. Would a point of sale record system benefit you at all? If it did would the initial cost of one of these machines be worth it?
I am also wondering how a "patient" would feel about being fingerprinted every time they go for their meds.
Lastly, why in the world would a city shut down one of these machines? It seems that it would be a great tool for regulation within a city or state. I would think that legislators would rather have this system in place than to not have it at all.
