What could have been the offer to takeover PTSC from TPL ?
Also any ideas on howmuch Revenue TPL Generates ( Ratio of Patents they hold to Revenue Per Patent ) ? I will try to do some DD this weekend.

Last November, Patriot Scientific (PTSC) refused an indirect offer by TPL to be taken over
