You have conveniently left out $300,000 for services rendered by the IR person and firm.

both IR contracts are valued at 200,000 each, both 6 month contracts(technically)

You also have to remember that when those 30 million shares were issued the stock was trading around $0.01/share.

Like I said before, Ben Hansel was hired when Kim had transgenics....shortly before the monster silk press con, and Kim, the genius, paid UPFRONT? Knowing the stock price would obviously go up........really? that is the move of a genius? That is one of the dumbest things Kim has ever done(besides failing to account for the embedded derivitive liability).

Thus, the correct figure is that 41.8 million shares have been issued for $545,000 cash and $300,000 for services and future services rendered.

change it to 400k.............however, recall I pointed out numerous times, 41.8 million shares were issued DUE TO or because the CSC deal.

remember all those months ago, people p'd off, magically I was the only guy in contact with Ben, noone else's emails were answered to or phone calls. I just think it is a bit crummy that Ben Hansel is allowed to work over at wikiscam while working for Kim, Kim deserves a devoted IR.

All 3 companies Ben Hansel has been involved with ALL HAD swalert, and quality stocks promote them. "its all coincidence, just luck of the draw, no relationship there" LOL, and then you guys freely admit that Ben Hansel was Hired as part of the CSC requirement,

and must maintain a contractual relationship with a public relations firm, which is related to the investor group (see Note 5(D)

So Ben was hired as part of the CSC requirement, Ben has worked with michael mccarthy in the past csc/qs...but NO ITS ALL A COINCIDENCE, nothing to see here.
