My first post about STTN showed less OS then shares issued to insiders. 24.3 mil OS a/o Jan 31, 2011 and 24.8 mil insider owned June 15 2011. I said something seemed wrong. Guess that 10Q clears that up. 24.3 +24.8 = 49.1 mil. So the insiders don't hold the entire OS, no float lock. LOL Just huge amounts of shares held at zero cost, by management. 50%, a setup signal all the same.
