If you are talking about unregisterd shares, YES they are resticted from open market trading. That was NOT what the post was about and I did say the OS and ownership, I reported was registered. So right or wrong is not the question. Apples & oranges are.
PS; did you know almost every OTC company management which is hauled before the SEC, is for selling unregistered shares on the open market? But thats another subject. The reliability of unregistered "Resticted" stock being used on the OTC.
