If, as you believe, that a line in the sand has been drawn, then Mr. Lenfest in his triple position as creditor, principle stockholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors would most likely act in a manner to protect his own interests. This would not be "pulling the plug" on a growing business with an expanding customer base and growing market share, but rather, he would step in and mandate changes to increase profitability and return on investment.
