If you saw a ask build wall, all day, keeping ti price from passing it, you pretty much have it right. It was held down, by someone, for some reason.

You usually see that happen on the big boards, during a short fight. Shorts will continuiously just add their cover to the ask, until buyers stop and ask lowers. Do that once or thrice3 and the desire to get in on a move north goes away.

Remember STTN is NOT a big board stock. And one should not think big board on a OTC stock. Something elese probably happened. Someone wasn't covering a short, but if you saw this happen someone was holding the price from continuing for some reason. Your guess is as good as mine.
