I agree. It's basically saying that they intent to expand so short term, yes, there will be loses, but that in the long term, the expansion should make everyone happy.

If you don't have to sell, it's best to hang on at this point and ride it out until expansions are done and their strategy can be implemented. Many companies operated with debt. Does it suck short term, yeah, but if the expansion they mention gets pulled off the stock PPS should rise along with the company revenue numbers (which are already higher than last year).
