"Management is bending over backwards to support shareholders". Are you talking about HNSS or some other company? Nothing Black has ever PR'd can be verified and many things he has PR'd have never been followed up on. i.e. Two large German companies looking at Microfill machines last November(as in 9 months ago), Fortune 500 company negotiating with several months ago, promised disclosure that still hasn't come, new R&D Director never to be heard from since the original announcement(is he doing anything?), etc. etc. Black has managed this all the way down to $.0018. With any kind of transparency this would be trading much higher. GLTA
