Kaarv - 10wk cycle top ideally would be out about 2wks, target has already been hit, so it should be exceeded due to bullish trend, NDX1600-1621. The 20wk top is 10wk+ out, should be well over NDX1650. Could be pretty safe to buy and hold for weeks to come.
