Just the word split is freaking everyone out and no news or PR has ever mentioned a "split," only a dividend-in-kind spin-out.

All this talk of 35-1, etc. is ridiculous. People should stop speculating about the share structure and simply buy every share they can. That's my investment strategy and I'm confident it's a damn good one.
