Probably true about GATE (e.g., assuming that GATE did not actively engage in fraud). Seems less true about Vincent Molinari, who was an officer and director of AGEL in his individual capacity. To the extent that Molanari held his AGEL posts in his official capacity with GATE, then GATE plausibly could be liable for wrongdoing (if any) by Molinari. JMO, without any research.

I find it crazy that there are posters here making the center of attention on Vincent and GATES when they acquired 60% of A.I.A. which is subsidiary of AGEL. GATE owes us shareholders NOTHING AT ALL. If they choose to walk the heck away we can't hold them responsible for nada, nilch, zero, nothing. We invested in Angel Acquisition Corp....Remember that!
