Someone else should phone Mario & inquire when he will have full control .He told me the courts awarded him the assets dating back to the first BK.Walter Davis is out of the picture.Mario will advise SHs what the new company will be.Thus,will someone here phone him & ask his timeing for all this to pull together& post it here.
