If anyone gets bored or is looking for a moment to fill, I would be interested in hearing anyone's thoughts/opinions on this company...
kiwibox.com, Inc. KIWB, they are a social networking page aimed at older teens. They have a small following in the US and a bigger following internationally. They recently acquired pixunity in Germany. The competition for social pages like this is huge so I'm not too clear about what they are offering that is different from what is already being offered in their market. However I do see a lot of social networking pages/media have been acquired by larger companies recently.
I initially bought in a small amount in the beginning of May at .0325 (just fooling around really), with no news the price gradually climbed, I sold my initial investment at .045 and left a small profit in just to see where things were headed. My position is Nothing substantial. Put it in the sock drawer and forgot about it until now.
I started looking at it again when they filed a confidential treatment order on 8-5-11 and the 10-q on 8-15-11.
The confidential treatment order is what got me re-interested and wondering what's going on there. The company itself appears to be legitimate.
Just wondering if anyone, in their experience, has come across many confidential treatment orders and what some possible outcomes of this might be?
