Yup, I covered most of this in my post. I let the CLDR pre-f/s holders know it will be a very long time before they get their shares, as the company will most likely do everything in it's power to long the time it takes so the pre-f/s holders can't dump.. it is manipulation.. plain and simple.

As for the CUSIP #, DTC will lock their new one as well.. most likely.
