Actually that is a bit of a misnomber as OTC & pink stocks do not trade after hours. It is more than likly a trade that did not get cleared during the day. In my experence they often are a pre-cursor to a move in the market (either down or up), at least that seems to be the case when I start seeing them on the OTC/Pink markets.

Everything I say is just my opinion, before investing in any stock you should talk to a broker or investment specialist. Remember one thing when investing in the Penny market. Never marry a penny stock, its about both the price per share and the story.
